This workshop is designed for institutions, businesses, yoga centers, and other organizations interested in learning more about Ayurveda. During this session, participants can learn about their individual constitutions and the Ayurvedic lifestyle (including food and diet recommendations, yoga postures, common home remedies, etc.) that is best suited to their constitutions. The duration of the workshop can be adjusted depending on your organization’s needs. When booking, please select the workshop that best aligns with your needs: either the Yoga Teacher Training Workshop or the Corporate Workshop. Your choice should reflect the specific goals of your organization. The pricing for this workshop is structured to accommodate different organizational types and participant numbers. For Yoga Teacher Training programs, the cost is $50 per person. For Corporate Training, the price is $75 per person. *Important: To ensure a smooth booking process for the 'Learn Ayurveda' service, customers must select either 'Yoga Teacher Training' or 'Corporate Training' from the options presented in the pop-up screen. Following this, the precise number of attendees should be entered in the 'Add-on' section of the same pop-up screen. This two-step selection is crucial for accurate service allocation and correct total calculation at checkout, guaranteeing availability for all participants. All clients engaging with Ayurveda services are required to complete the Ayurvedic Initial Booking Form prior to their session. This form gathers essential personal information, current health concerns, and lifestyle details to facilitate personalized Ayurvedic assessments. Clients are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible to ensure appropriate advice and therapy.
