Meaghan Pyne

Meaghan has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years.  Her practice began as therapy after soccer games, and has since evolved into a way of life - on and off the mat.  She started teaching as a freshman at James Madison University.  Four years later, Meaghan had transformed the yoga program from “eloquent stretching” to a true mind/body/spirit practice.  She has trained several student instructors, and she has grown from her own training with leaders like Kate Hallahan (at the Charlottesville Yoga School) and Rolf Gates.  Meaghan has received a Level One YogaFit® certification, she participated in two 100-hour “Art of Asana” trainings, and she recently earned her 200-hour Vinyassa yoga certification.  She is thrilled to have the opportunity to teach at The Ayurvedic Path, and to be immersed in Deepak Chopra’s Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga.
