Hatha Yoga: This course is based on Dr. Deepak Chopra's Seven Spiritual Laws of Success book. You will learn breathing techniques, simple to challenging yoga postures and relaxation. If you are a beginning yogi or a seasoned yogi, this class is for you.
Beginners Hatha Yoga: You will learn yoga and yogic breathing pose by pose broken down into steps that are manageable for the beginning learner. We will build on the poses we learn each week.
Prenatal Yoga: For the expectant mom in her 2nd & 3rd trimesters. (Or with physicians permission.) This course will teach you safe yoga postures with props, breathing techniques for relaxation as well as labor & delivery. Relieve the aches and pains associated with pregnancy and build friendships with other moms in the process.
Meditation & Yoga: 5 minutes of breathing techniques, 15 minutes of meditation, 65 minutes of yoga poses. You can have it all! This is for the yoga student who wants some group meditation in his or her class.
Power Yoga: Flexibility, Strength and Cardio training. This class is an intense workout designed to stimulate weight loss.
Senior Yoga: Chair and gentle mat yoga with props for support.
